Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Skin and Laser Therapist to join our growing team during this exciting period of expansion. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skin and laser treatments while maintaining our high standards of patient care and safety, with a strong focus on promoting sustainable, long-term approaches to skin health. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care. Successful candidates should have experience of working in an aesthetic/skin clinic
Duties
* Perform advanced skin and Laser Hair removal treatments including Facials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Laser Hair Removal.
* Educate clients on comprehensive skincare regimens and lifestyle factors that support skin health
* Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with industry regulations
* Contribute to a positive client experience from consultation to aftercare
* Assist in upselling additional services or products that enhance the client experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas and equipment.
* Engage in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
Qualifications
· NVQ Level 3 Beauty Qualification
· Experience with Facials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Laser Hair Removal.
· An excellent understanding of medical grade skincare and long term skin health protocols (knowledge of Soprano Titanium desirable )
· Familiarity with front desk operations and online booking systems
· Skills in social media management are beneficial for promoting services effectively.
· Experience in upselling products or services.
