Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience advising private clients, trustees, executors, and heads of family offices on tax matters.
* Strong technical knowledge of private client tax, trusts, and estates, including advisory experience.
* Experience managing a large client portfolio, including delegation, workflow monitoring, and billing.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to develop new work from existing clients.
* Ability to coach, review, and support junior team members effectively.
* Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
* Accountancy qualification such as ACA or CTA is essential.
* Experience in estates administration is desirable.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
* Provide high‑quality tax advice to private clients, trustees, executors, and heads of family offices.
* Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring excellent service and trusted advisor relationships.
Portfolio Management & Delivery
* Manage a large portfolio of clients, overseeing day‑to‑day service delivery, billing, and monitoring work in progress.
* Plan, delegate, and review work across the team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Business Development & Team Leadership
* Identify opportunities to develop additional work from existing clients and support wider business development activities.
* Support the coaching and development of junior team members.-
* Participate in mentorship and personal development programs to progress toward Director/Partner.
