Service Delivery Manager - Insurance Sector Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site) Type: Permanent Salary: £90,000-£95,000 per annum (CTC) Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and a deep understanding of the insurance sector? We're working with a leading player in the industry to find a senior-level professional who can drive complex, global initiatives across technology and business functions. ✅ Key Requirements: 10 years' experience in product, project, programme or portfolio management Solid track record in the insurance or reinsurance sector - this is essential Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering (3 years) Proven success managing complex, multi-year global projects Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies Experience working with third-party vendors to deliver technology solutions Technical & Functional Expertise: High-level understanding of frontend development (ReactJS, Webpack, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery) Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards Experience with insurance/reinsurance systems and data platforms Strong grasp of product lifecycle development and enterprise software delivery Ability to work across business and technical teams, translating customer needs into clear delivery roadmaps You'll bring: A background in the insurance industry or a closely related domain The ability to make confident decisions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A strategic mindset with hands-on technical awareness Proven ability to drive service management initiatives across complex organisations Interested?
