Technical Services Manager

About the Role
You’ll lead the delivery of outstanding technical and specification support to customers, managing specifications, documentation, and compliance to the highest standards. Working cross‑functionally, you’ll ensure all product data, labelling, and regulatory information are precise and up to date.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer technical enquiries and documentation requests.
* Manage and approve product specifications, allergen and nutritional data, and labelling information.
* Maintain and enhance the technical documentation system to ensure version control and accuracy.
* Interpret and apply relevant food legislation, retailer requirements, and customer standards.
* Support product launches, audits, and technical aspects of customer visits.
* Drive efficiency in technical service processes and deliver training to build internal capability.
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a similar discipline.
* At least 3 years’ experience in a technical, specifications, or compliance role within the food manufacturing sector.
* Experience using technical databases or specification management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
