Responsibilities
* Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems.
* Delivering a high level of service to our customers.
* Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Working independently and as part of a team as required.
Who We're Looking For
* Direct experience in a similar role is not essential – we will give you the tools and skills to succeed.
* Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training.
* Proficient problem‑solving skills.
* Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
* Flexibility and ability to work on‑call or overtime as required.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
