We are seeking a Mobile Gas Engineer to join our Regional Mobile Support team, providing gas competency services to both internal and external clients.
Within our group, WPS - FM offers a comprehensive Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution, delivering planned and reactive M&E services to ensure 100% uptime of critical infrastructure. We also manage soft services such as cleaning, catering, hospitality, vending, reprographics, mail, front of house, porter services, and security.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on boilers and related plant, including reactive maintenance and emergency works, in line with contract requirements for Mechanical Services.
* Support additional M&E tasks within your technical expertise and contractual obligations.
* Carry out project works and minor turnkey projects related to boiler plant and associated equipment.
* Provide detailed reports with predictive timelines for remedial and chargeable works, including lifecycle condition reports.
* Offer high-level gas technical support and hands-on assistance to ensure excellent service delivery and effective communication with clients.
* Work closely with the Regional Mobile Support team and serve as a key interface with internal FM accounts.
To succeed in this role, you must hold current ACS/Corgi/Gas Safe qualifications for Commercial and Domestic Gas and have experience with gas appliances and mechanical aspects of building PPM schedules and reactive works.
