Job Introduction
Mess Manager - Southwick, Hampshire
* £34,327 per annum
* 40 hours per week
* 5 days over 7
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the overall contract to ensure quality food, beverage, and accommodation services across all areas
* Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
* Maintaining positive client relationships
* Planning resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers
* Managing, recruiting, developing, and training team members
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Meeting financial budgets and targets for income and costs
Our ideal Manager will:
* Have experience in contract catering
* Have led and managed teams to deliver results
* Have a track record of growing sales and retaining clients
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Be a strong leader capable of motivating teams
* Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers at all levels
* Be quality and process driven with a focus on results
* Be compliant with company policies and client agreements
* Be IT literate (MS Office, Email)
