Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement new features, services, and APIs
* Write secure, maintainable code using TDD
* Collaborate with internal and external developers
* Contribute to technical decisions and best practices
Essential Requirements
* 3+ years commercial software development experience
* Strong Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript skills
* Front-end experience (HTML, CSS/SASS)
* Experience with PostgreSQL
* Git and Agile workflow experience
