About the Role This is a start-up role: fast-paced, hands-on and filled with creative freedom.
Youll work directly with the founder, helping shape how ShopHomeStyles communicates design inspiration, trend insight and shoppable storytelling across every platform.
Were building something design-led yet functional, and youll be right at the heart of that process. From writing SEO-friendly blog features and curating Pinterest edits to researching design trends and coordinating affiliate products, youll play a central role in how the brand comes to life visually and editorially.
Social media will be a key part of your world. Youll help develop and coordinate the visual and written storytelling across Instagram, Pinterest, and email, ensuring every post reflects our design aesthetic and growing brand identity. One moment youll be crafting copy for a new trend guide, the next youll be sourcing imagery for a product edit, researching whats trending across platforms or analysing which visual stories resonate most. source on-brand imagery and products that align with our aesthetic.
Pinterest & Social: Curate and schedule visual content across Pinterest and Instagram, maintaining a cohesive design-driven tone.
Trend Research: Stay ahead of whats next across interiors, fashion and culture and translate these insights into content ideas.

Manage product uploads, track assets, and keep content organised for smooth editorial flow.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the founder on brand campaigns, social storytelling, and strategic content projects.
Youre endlessly curious, always saving ideas, reading design magazines, scrolling through Pinterest or discovering emerging brands and new-season collections. You have an active interest in interior design, architecture, fashion and culture, and you understand how trends flow between them.
You have a refined, editorial eye: you know what looks elevated, timeless and on-brand. You enjoy writing and communicating ideas with clarity and tone, creating copy that feels design-led yet approachable.
Youre analytical enough to care about performance, but creative enough to lead with aesthetic instinct.
Ideally, you have 12 years of experience in content, marketing or digital media, but what matters most is your curiosity, visual taste and ambition to grow within the world of interiors and design media.
