Join a successful, growing logistics operation based in Antrim, where you'll play a key role in planning and optimising transport activities across Northern Ireland and occasionally the Republic of Ireland. The Role Plan and schedule daily transport operations for multiple depots and routes (NI and occasional ROI). Work collaboratively with other planners and operations teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective transport solutions. Adapt to changing priorities and ensure all runs are covered in line with service levels. Maintain full compliance with EU Tachograph Regulations, Working Time Directive (WTD ), and company standards. Communicate clearly with drivers, depot staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Occasional travel required for training and operational meetings. You Will Need Proven experience in Transport Planning within logistics, haulage, or distribution. Ability to plan effectively across multiple depots or routes. Strong knowledge of EU Tachograph Laws and WTD. Excellent geographical understanding of Northern Ireland and ROI. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work either 11am-7pm or 5pm-1am, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends).
