What’s In It for You? * Salary: c £44,500 * Overtime: Paid at premium rates * Pension: Excellent company funded scheme * Holiday: 33 days (including bank holidays) * Early Friday finish – work/life balance built in * Secure role in a growing and well invested site * Ongoing training & development for career progression Key Responsibilities * Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production machinery * Support Plc controls, automated lines and robot cells * Troubleshoot and diagnose faults quickly and safely * Minimise downtime through proactive problem solving and efficient repairs * Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal uptime * Robot Technology – Experience Essential To be successful, you must have hands on experience of supporting industrial robots in a maintenance capacity. Familiarity with one or more of the following robot brands is essential: * ABB * Comau * Fanuc * Kawasaki * KUKA * Yaskawa / Motoman * Universal Robots Candidates will be expected to assist in robot fault finding, recovery and basic programming or path adjustment as part of their role. What We’re Looking For * Apprentice trained Maintenance Technician, Multi-Skilled Engineer, or similar * Experience in manufacturing, production, or automated process plant environments * Electrical/mechanical fault finding skills – ideally multi skilled * Exposure to Plc controls (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley) * Solid understanding of robotic automation systems * A proactive, hands on engineer who takes pride in solving problems fast.
