Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer United Kingdom (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design of complex signalised junctions, pedestrian crossings, and intelligent traffic control systems across various high-profile infrastructure projects. This role offers a 50/50 split between remote work and onsite presence—ideal for surveys, design validations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, commissioning, and supervision
* Prepare technical designs for complex signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings, adhering to approved procedures, including technical specifications
* Provide technical oversight for new product or service ideas and design planning
* Develop complex MOVA Designs and MOVA Datasets
* Apply knowledge of standards such as TSRGD, DMRB, and the Traffic Signs Manual
* Perform MOVA Validations on complex junctions and roundabouts
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have prior experience designing signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings, seeking to advance to a Senior Design Services Engineer role with a fresh perspective on existing solutions within Traffic Signal Design industry.
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keysignals, OSC Mapper, and AutoTURN software
* Microsoft Office skills
* Knowledge of TOPAS 2500A Traffic Signal Controller Specifications
* Familiarity with MOVA Tools, Datasets, and Linking
* Experience with LinSig 3
* Full UK Driving Licence
