Job Description
The successful Head of Pricing will:
* Develop and implement worldwide pricing and packaging strategies across B2C and B2B channels, balancing revenue, profitability and market share
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to align pricing strategies with business goals, including pricing of new-to-market products and services
* Create financial models to forecast price change impact, design and implement A/B testing and utilise performance-based data to support decision-making
* Provide clear recommendations to the Executive and Product teams, linking pricing strategy to customer acquisition and lifetime value
* Conduct market analysis, competitor pricing and willingness-to-pay research
* Continually review and monitor pricing, adjusting accordingly to market conditions and business needs
* Develop insightful reporting, presenting to senior management
* Establish global, scalable processes with strong governance
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Pricing should have:
* Proven experience in pricing strategy and leadership
* Experience in pricing and packaging across different geographies and segments
* Pricing experience with both B2C and B2B subscription-based models, including a deep understanding of pricing impact to customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value
* Excellent data literacy with a highly analytical and data focused approach to testing and making informed decisions
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex pricing strategies to a wide range of stakeholders
* Experience in large scale A/B testing
* Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
* An ability to travel to Sheffield monthly but the role can be home based
