What We Expect from You:
* Innovative & Passionate Coach– Bring high energy, fresh ideas, and a true passion for football development.
* Youth Coaching Experience– Experience in private training, football academies, or educational settings preferred.
* FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate (Minimum). UEFA C Preferred
* Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Drivers License & Own Transport (Preferred).
* Commitment to Growth– Be coachable, eager to improve, and dedicated to making a difference.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
* Strong teaching abilities to effectively communicate strategies and techniques.
* Ability to develop training programs tailored to different skill levels.
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills to inspire athletes.
* Knowledge of game rules, strategies, and player development.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Deliverhigh-quality, engagingtraining sessions that challenge and inspire players.
* Create apositive, inclusiveenvironment where every player can develop and succeed.
* Providedetailed feedbackto help players enhance their skills and confidence.
* Set up and pack down training equipment efficiently.
* Stay up to date with the latest coaching techniques and methodologies; modern training methods, tactical strategies, and mindset techniques.
Schedule & Commitment:
Northampton – Monday & Friday Evenings
