We are seeking an exceptional Support Services Manager to join our vibrant, inclusive, and high‑performing primary school where every child is nurtured, challenged, and celebrated. Key Responsibilities

* Model professional leadership and management of support staff in partnership with teaching colleagues.
* Promote a strong business ethos and ensure strategic use of resources to support learning objectives.
* Oversee Human Resources, Finance, Premises, Facilities, Health & Safety, IT, Income Generation, and Administration (including Trips).

* Proven experience in school business management or a similar operational leadership role.
* Strong financial acumen and HR management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple functions.
* Commitment to deliver high‑quality business services to support the education and wellbeing of our children, staff, and families.

Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Full Year

Position Type: Permanent Post

Line Manager: Principal

Travel Required: Occasional
