The Role
* Teaching Art and Design across KS3 and KS4, with potential A-Level support

* Encouraging confidence, independent research, and a passion for the visual arts
* Organising and contributing to school art exhibitions and community projects
* Engaging in whole-school CPD and the statutory ECT induction sessions
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline
* A strong personal portfolio and a passion for artistic education
* The ability to build positive relationships with students and inspire creativity
* Excellent organisational skills and a reflective approach to teaching
