The Role
* Lead and grow the Family department in Tunbridge Wells
* Act as the go-to senior family lawyer in the office
* Handle high-quality private family work, including complex finances and children matters
* Build and develop your own practice with strong referral and marketing support
* Drive local profile, relationships and reputation
* Recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of family lawyers
* Play a key role in the firm's wider family strategy
About You
* Senior Family Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE
* Strong experience in private family law and contested matters
* Commercial, confident and comfortable leading from the front
* Proven interest in business development and profile building
* Natural leader with partnership firmly in mind
