AtAffinity Water, how we communicate with our customers really matters. Were looking for a Content and Copy Manager to lead the delivery of clear, consistent, and customer-first communications that build trust and make complex information easy to understand.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for the quality and governance of all customer-facing content, from letters and SMS to scripts and guidance, while leading a team of copywriters to shape tone of voice, uphold editorial standards, and ensure everything we produce reflects our brand and regulatory commitments.
Working closely with teams across Customer, Digital, Legal, and Regulation, youll turn complex information into plain English, making sure all communications are accurate, accessible, and effective.
