Claims Communication and Proposition Manager
National – Circa £45,000
London – Circa £55,000
This role will be pivotal in the strategic engagement of our customers, colleagues, other stakeholders, and the broader industry in respect of our business intentions and priorities with particular attention to Claims.
You would be engaging with internal stakeholders, including our legal and marketing teams, to create and deliver market leading communications for Claims to clients, brokers, MGAs, partners, suppliers, etc, using current and new interactive channels.
The role covers all areas of Commercial Lines (including GCS, Mid-Market & Specialty Lines).
A bit about the job:
* Drive the development of propositions and proposition initiatives to deliver greater emotional connection between Aviva Claims and preferred brokers and clients to increased financial gain.
* Influence the delivery of propositions messages through Claims Meetings, Broker Visits, Regional Forums/Conferences and internally to ensure the wider business offer support and value.
* Deliver high standard discussion packs to aid the successful delivery of Steering/Working Groups and Claims Service Manager Relationship meetings.
* Be responsible for the analysis of MI and reporting insights to assist the development of new and existing claims propositions.
* Develop, support, and deliver dynamic communication strategies in line with our operating plans and Aviva Brand Values, whist making sure it’s aligned with corporate leadership and brand acceleration strategies.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience in creating and delivering compelling stories to insurance market.
* Knowledge of Claims operations and relationships would be advantageous.
* Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and outstanding communication skills.
* You will be an innovative thinker and curious by nature, seeking out claims trends and insight from within Aviva and the external market.
* Good understanding of the Client and Broker market and broker segmentation.

* Starting salary between circa £44,000 for National and circa £55,000 for London(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
