The Role: Due to our continued growth, we have a newly created position for a Customer Experience Manager to join the team at our Glasgow Head Office. GAP's customers are very important to us, and we are looking for someone to oversee and enhance the overall customer journey and satisfaction of dealing with GAP One. This role involves analysing customer feedback, identifying improvement areas in the overall experience, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This will be a fast-paced role in which you will be responsible for identifying trends, issues and areas for improvement. You will be promoting GAP's processes and systems to our customers base and demonstrate the benefits that we can bring. You will resolve escalated issues and complaints within agreed timeframes, identifying and troubleshooting problems and ensuring that that relevant solutions are implemented. You will also be involved in training and coaching staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer satisfactions levels. You will also train team members to effectively upsell and cross sell GAP's extensive product range. The ideal candidate for position must be/have: Proven experience in a similar role within the service industry A passion for providing the highest levels of customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels. The ability to identify trends and implement improvement strategies. Proven experience of managing a team with a strong emphasis on tailoring services to customers' needs. Have experience of owning, tracking and measuring team success.
