Director of Business Development – Intelligence | £110k + Bonus | South West / Remote
I’m currently recruiting for a Director of Business Development to lead growth across UK national security & intelligence environments.
This is a rare opportunity to own and scale a high-value business unit within an established consultancy, with immediate access to a major long-term framework and multi-million-pound opportunities.

What you’ll be doing?
* Driving new business across national security & central government clients
* Owning and growing a pipeline of £1M–£4M+ deals
* Leveraging frameworks and routes to market to unlock revenue
* Building relationships within high-assurance environments
* Expanding partner ecosystems (consultancies, primes, etc.)
* Identifying upsell opportunities within existing programmes
* Shaping GTM strategy and influencing senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
* Strong BD / sales background in:
* Central Government / Defence / National Security
* Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound deals
Deep understanding of:
* Frameworks (CCS, DPS, etc.)
* Government procurement routes
* Established network across:
* Government buyers
* Consulting / delivery partners
* Comfortable operating in complex, high-security environments
Clearance
* Must hold DV clearance or be eligible
* Experience working in high-assurance / secure environments highly desirable

* £110k base
