Senior Licensing Commercial Manager
Games Workshop's Licensing team is seeking a Senior Licensing Commercial Manager to lead the development and growth of video game and consumer product licensing categories. The role will operate within a global team that partners with top developers and publishers to release flagship titles such as *Space Marine 2*, *Darktide*, and *Total War: Warhammer*.
Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and plan new licensing opportunities to sustain business growth.
* Lead pitch creation sessions and organise trade show participation.
* Negotiate commercial terms with license partners and ensure the best possible deals.
* Process and track all new agreements, manage contact points, and maintain status records.
* Conduct pre‑signing due diligence and green‑light processes.
* Collaborate with the Head of Licensing on commercial planning, reporting, and strategy development.
* Apply commercial rigour and financial analysis to support new growth initiatives and category expansion.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development and commercial licensing, particularly within the video‑game sector.
* Resilient, persuasive, and highly collaborative, with strong negotiation skills.
* Business acumen and a solid understanding of financial data for commercial planning.
* Commitment to Games Workshop’s core principles of honesty, humility, and courage.
* Ability to work closely with legal and internal stakeholders to secure and manage licenses.
