TPF Recruitment are delighted to be representing a well-established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Henley. The firm is seeking an ambitious Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join their growing Audit & Assurance team.

As an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a varied client base, while working closely with both colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and other financial reports
Carrying out audit testing and risk assessments in line with regulatory standards
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact for queries
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service delivery
Supporting senior colleagues on ad-hoc assignments and project work
Staying up to date with changes in accounting and auditing standards
Requirements
Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with a solid foundation in audit and accounts
Experience within a professional practice environment
Strong knowledge of audit principles and financial reporting requirements
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively both independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software packages
