What You'll Do : Deliver engaging learning activities and interventions across primary year groups. Support pupils with SEN, behavioural challenges, and diverse learning needs to help them thrive. Work closely with teachers and leadership to plan and implement tailored strategies. Promote positive behaviour and create a safe, inspiring learning environment. What We're Looking For: HLTA status or equivalent experience in a primary setting. Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
