There’s a new opening on the Production Support Team for a Production Support Trainee. This is a full-time trainee position where you’ll gain experience across a wide range of activities within the production support office and workshops.
What’s the job like?
You’ll work closely with production support managers and colleagues, providing administrative support and assistance. It’s a varied role with plenty of opportunities to learn.
You will be involved in tasks such as:
* Keeping documentation up to date and organised.
* Admin tasks – data entry, record keeping, archiving.
* Supporting compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures — this is a vital part of ensuring our operations remain safe, consistent, and legally compliant.
* Assisting with internal audits to understand how our operations run.
* Working as part of a team, communicating with colleagues at all levels across the business.
* Supporting the team with updating QHSE documents, including procedures, risk assessments, and safety processes.
What skills do you need?
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills.
You’ll do well in this role if you are:
* Well organised and good at problem solving.
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing team requirements.
This is a trainee role, so full training will be provided. What matters most is your willingness to learn and develop.
