What You Will Do Build strong and positive relationships with children, young people, and families, helping them achieve safety, stability, and lasting change. Manage a diverse caseload that includes Child in Need, Child Protection, Legal Proceedings, and Looked-After Children cases. Carry out thorough assessments, including specialist assessments when needed, to inform interventions, planning, and court reports. Collaborate closely with Social Workers, ASYEs, Family Practitioners, Team Managers, and Advanced Social Workers. Support and guide Family Practitioners in delivering effective direct work and interventions with children and families. Communicate effectively with partnership agencies to ensure a coordinated safeguarding approach.
