Academics is working in partnership with a supportive SEMH provision in Lichfield to appoint a Primary SEMH Teacher who can inspire, engage, and nurture pupils through their educational and emotional development. The Opportunity: This full-time teaching role involves delivering an adapted and creative curriculum for KS1 and KS2 learners who require additional behavioral and emotional support. You'll be helping pupils to reconnect with learning, build self-esteem, and achieve progress both inside and outside the classroom. You will join a skilled and compassionate team dedicated to trauma-informed and child-centred practices, where collaboration and consistency are key.
