Learning about different areas of the business from design to construction. No two days will be the same. Do you have the Commitment, passion and great communication skills were looking for? MAIN DUTIES Producing, creating and modifying basic layouts using AutoCad. Amending house type planning drawings as/when required. Completing small planning applications. Submit & liaise with Local Planning Authorities in relation to planning condition clearance. Liaising with Planning Officers to follow up progress of minor applications. Attending meetings that may be required in the performance of your duties. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages. Previous experience in a similar role in a busy office environment. Ability to use AutoCAD. 5 GCSE grade 4 or above including maths and English (or equivalent).
