We have an exciting new role...
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Document Production Team (DPT) as a part-time assistant. This role is fully remote, with at least one visit to one of our offices each month.
About the role
Our Document Production Team is a centralised function producing a wide range of legal documents and correspondence for all practice areas across the firm. Working closely with colleagues across different teams, you will use your excellent technical skills to produce accurate, high-quality work from audio and script using our document management system and software packages.
The role is part-time, three days a week, with Wednesdays and Fridays fixed, and your third day to be agreed. Service hours for the team are 8:00am – 7:00pm, and your individual working pattern will fall within these times.
About You
You’ll ideally have experience in a similar role, perhaps as a Document Production Specialist or Legal Secretary, and be confident in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level. A basic knowledge of Bundledocs and DocX is required and training will be provided to build on this.
You will be organised, accurate and able to work to deadlines, with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable working independently from home but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues remotely to maintain a seamless and high-quality service.
If you’re looking for a flexible, part-time role in a supportive and skilled team, we’d love to hear from you.
You'll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office, though arrangements may vary. Our strong culture is founded on working together in the office, which we aim to maintain through regular co-location and collaboration.
At Cripps, our purpose is to make a positive and lasting difference. In 2024, we became a certified B Corporation, demonstrating our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. We are transparent about our progress and dedicated to continuous improvement as a sustainable, inclusive business. Join us to make a real impact on our people, clients, community, and the planet.
