Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Logistics Customer Service professional. The role involves interacting with customers to update them about collections and deliveries. Entering bookings on the freight system. Monitoring customer charges and accruals. Liaising with the sales and transport teams.
Daily contact with our other depots in London and Dublin
Responsibilities
- Utilise phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- Analyse customer needs to offer customised solutions
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
Experience
-Previous experience in a logistics, pallet/parcel network or freight forwarding company is required.
Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong data entry skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial
