* Join a sizeable and well-structured real estate team handling a broad mix of commercial property matters
* Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion with appropriate support
* Deliver fee-earning work in line with team and firm targets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact
* Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
* Work closely with colleagues across departments on cross-referral opportunities
* Stay up to date with legal developments through ongoing training and research

You
* 2–4 years PQE in commercial real estate
* Strong commercial awareness with solid negotiation skills
* Confident running your own files and dealing directly with clients
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A team player who wants to be part of a collaborative and growing department
* Keen to progress your career in a firm that will actually invest in your development
