The Role
We are looking for a driven, tech-curious
Sales Representative
to join our growing robotics team. This role focuses exclusively on robotic solutions and is ideal for someone passionate about technology, automation and B2B consultative selling. You'll engage directly with hospitality operators, facility managers and institutional clients to introduce SPARK's cutting-edge service robots.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Pipeline Development
* Prospect via calls, emails, LinkedIn and referrals to generate new business leads
* Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify leads based on fit and readiness
* Conduct virtual and on-site product demonstrations, highlighting commercial value
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, ensuring timely follow-ups
* Track all pipeline activity and progress using HubSpot CRM
* Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Client Engagement & Cross-Team Collaboration
* Build rapport and become a trusted advisor to clients considering robotic automation
* Liaise with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition post-sale
* Communicate client feedback to the product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement
Market Awareness & Sales Enablement
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings
* Contribute to sales campaigns, exhibitions and demos as needed
* Support internal enablement through knowledge sharing and content building in

What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development or B2B account management
* Prior experience selling equipment, software, or services into end-user environments preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in simple, practical terms
* Proactive, highly organised and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
* Genuine interest in robotics, automation and the UK hospitality or cleaning industries
