Location: Hindhead, Surrey
Shift: 7am–7pm, including weekend rotas

We are recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join a welcoming residential service supporting a fantastic group of people to live more independent and fulfilling lives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on while also supporting day‑to‑day running of a service and developing others within the team.
What you will be doing
* Providing high‑quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence and choice
* Supporting the Service Manager with daily operations, including shift allocation and rotas
* Inducting new colleagues and supporting training and supervision
* Ordering and overseeing medication and supporting financial management
* Acting as a role model, supporting colleagues to grow in confidence and capability
About you
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, acquired brain injury, forensic histories or trauma
* A calm, compassionate and confident approach
* The ability to lead by example and support others to excel
