This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage, looking to advance to a General Manager position. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the hotel's operations and will be provided with a clear promotion pathway and salary increments. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the daily operations of a 15-bedroom hotel, ensuring all services meet the highest standards. Oversee the planning and execution of events and weddings, accommodating up to 100 guests. Supervise the restaurant and bar operations, maintaining exceptional quality and service. Lead and manage the hotel team, including rota management and basic Profit & Loss responsibilities. Ensure outstanding customer experience and compliance with licensing, health & safety, and fire regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven senior-level management experience in a hotel or F&B, preferably within an independent property. Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to directly engage with daily operations. Solid experience in managing events, banqueting, and bar operations. Strong financial awareness with skills in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
