Senior Clinician – Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT)

This post is part of the NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service, offering stepped care treatment for people with mild, moderate and severe common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide line management and clinical supervision to staff in the team.
* Deputise for the team leader as appropriate.
* Support the leadership of the service and ensure achievement of monthly performance indicators.
* Deliver a high quality Primary Care Mental Health Service to the local population, meeting specified targets.
* Assist wider service as appropriate and demonstrate flexibility, evidence reliability, and the ability to cope with a demanding job.
Qualifications & Experience
Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time employment. The role requires senior-level clinical competence and experience in delivering mental health services.
