Position
Community Charge Nurse – District Nursing Team 9, Prestwick/Troon/Dundonald, covering Troon/Dundonald. You will be responsible for the management of the caseload in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader, including supervision and redeployment of staff.
Hours
36 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage caseload in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader.
* Supervise and redeploy staff as required.
* Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills; work independently and as part of a team.
* Provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
Qualifications and Experience
* A professional qualification of RGN and education to degree level is essential.
* Postgraduate District Nurse or equivalent SPQ qualification, or willingness to undertake relevant post graduate district nursing education.
* Car driving licence is essential; a full UK/EU/EEA licence is required.
Other Requirements
* Work a rostered shift pattern weekdays with weekend working commitment.
* UK driving licence is essential.
