Overview

London-based (Hybrid 4 days a week onsite) — Start and End Date: ASAP - 30th June 2026. Remuneration: £42.93 Hourly Rate.


Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Lead to manage all marketing activity across the UK. In this role, you'll shape integrated marketing priorities, drive execution of impactful campaigns, and deliver insights that influence business strategy. This is a high‑visibility position requiring strong stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Planning

* Lead execution planning and support end‑to‑end delivery of marketing programs.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop program recommendations that drive measurable impact.
* Identify and solve operational inefficiencies; create compelling program briefs.
* Align integrated marketing priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
* Leverage customer segment insight to identify new opportunities and guide research focus.
* Create plans and strategies for campaigns, programs, and promotional activities across defined business areas.
* Shape content strategy and customer journey design with attention to diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.

Measurement & Insight

* Define KPIs to measure marketing activation success.
* Analyse performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and corrective actions.
* Develop insights to influence leadership decision‑making.
* Design and manage test‑and‑learn experiments to optimise business outcomes.
* Use inclusion and accessibility metrics to identify risks and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Project Management

* Lead communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and learnings.
* Establish milestones, integrated workback schedules, and ensure cross‑team alignment.
* Manage mid‑ to large‑scale project budgets and funding allocations.
* Facilitate financial reporting to relevant teams.
* Resolve escalations, address ambiguity, and support seamless project delivery.
* Coordinate with partner networks to enable knowledge transfer and influence execution.


Required Qualifications

* B2B marketing experience
* Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Teams, LinkedIn Live)
* Strong background in AdTech and media
* Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence skills
* Proven ability to think strategically and creatively with strong attention to detail
* Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
* Ability to build relationships across globally dispersed teams
* Strong project management capability
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Previous experience in large, matrixed organisations preferred
