A leading professional services firm in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio and lead day-to-day operations within a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main contact for technical queries and governance support
* Manage statutory compliance, registers and complex corporate actions
* Oversee billing, client onboarding and KYC reviews
* Collaborate with legal, tax and senior client stakeholders
\n
Requirements:
\n
* CGI-qualified or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance
* Proficiency in Diligent, CCH, Excel and Microsoft Office
* Professional services background preferred
\n
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office.
