Job Summary
We are seeking a Funeral Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to families and individuals during times of bereavement.
About the Role
* You will travel to meet clients and build positive relationships with the community.
* You will support our clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering client questions.
* You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our funeral homes.
* You will work with digital systems to manage client documentation and funeral arrangements.
* You will ensure that all regulated work is referred to the appropriate team.
Requirements
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* The ability to work confidently on your own and independently manage a branch when needed.
* Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with clients and colleagues.
* The ability to confidently work with numbers and do basic calculations.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
