We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager to take a lead role on a major infrastructure programme valued at over £100m. This is a site with varied complex, high-value works —ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Due to the size and scale of the project we are seeking a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager with experience working within a Tier 1 Contractor, with demonstrable recent experience delivering large scale projects ideally Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures.
Your Role
* Oversee all site-based construction activities
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security standards
* Coordinate contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams to deliver work packages
* Track programme progress, manage deadlines and budgets
* Maintain quality assurance and risk control on-site
* Work closely with all sub-contractors and stakeholders
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience managing large, complex construction projects (upwards of £100m) on time and to budget.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction best practices
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing multi-discipline teams / sub-contractors
