Service Team Leader responsibilities: Efficiently manages resources within the workshop & front of house teams to deliver a quality service on time Ensures customers/operators vehicle downtime (VOR) is kept to a minimum where servicing & repair schedules are meet to customer/operators expectations Gives customer focus priority throughout the service operation Communicates and develops strong professional relationships with customers/operators Ensures that the customer is fully informed of any changes to costs including invoice explanation and advising on any future requirements Delivers customers vehicle on time to a high standard of professionalism Accurately create jobs cards with customer/operator and vehicle details Attend to customer/operators incoming bookings, enquiries and customer concerns. Manages the standard and quality of information required for City West Country warranty claims Ensures that the authorisation of warranty and goodwill meets the manufacturers recommendations Meets regularly with the LCV Service Team Manager to review performance and suggest improvements Identifies training and development needs for self and team as part of the performance management process What's required from you? Previous service experience within the Motor industry, preferably experience with Vans A strong team player with great attention to detail Openness to learning and developing within the service industry Ready to Make Your Move?
