Location: Rye | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client in a busy manufacturing environment operating across several key stages of the production process. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of goods through multiple specialist stations on the line.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor equipment at the across multiple stations.
* Ensure temperatures, timings, and processing steps are followed correctly to maintain product quality.
* Carry out routine quality checks bag weight and seal integrity.
* Keep all work areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with safety standards
* Load materials and support smooth product flow through each stage of production
* Identify any faults, defects, or issues and report them promptly to the supervisor
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all health & safety guidelines
* Support the wider team in meeting daily output and efficiency targets
* Rotate between stations as required to maintain an efficient production line

Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
