The Role
As our Hospitality and Retail Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality and retail services at our vibrant site in Cambridge. This fast-paced and exciting role calls for an inspirational leader with a keen commercial sense and a strong focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of all hospitality and retail operations on site.
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
* Implement and maintain high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.
* Innovate and enhance service offerings to meet client expectations and market trends.
* Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all hospitality and retail matters.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate, proactive leader who possesses:
* Previous experience in hospitality and/or retail management, ideally within a contract catering environment.
* Strong people management skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Financial awareness and the ability to deliver against budgets.
