(Flexible working opportunities available) Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln Make every drop of your expertise count We’re looking for a Strategic Performance Plan Lead to help shape Water Recycling plans, to deliver performance across our operational and regulatory commitments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating clarity from complexity and wants to influence long-term outcomes for our customers, environment, and region. In this role, you will lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of strategic performance plans, ensuring clear connections between goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with operational, planning, programme, and insight teams to maximise value, embed outcome-focused thinking, and support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
