* Schedule: Full time; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm. More details upon interview.
* Requirement: At least two years of food service experience is required, preferably in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant.

Job Summary
Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Scrapes and rinses food from dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness.
* Washes pots, pans, and trays, ensuring sanitation.
* Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and techniques.
* Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
* Keeps dish area clean and organized, complies with safety standards.
* Sweeps and mops floors, cleans food prep surfaces, removes trash, and assists with supplies.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
