The position: We are recruiting for a Junior Team Leader to join our team in Dunstable. This is a key role for us as you will be the link between the warehouse operation and the on site team. Experience in either recruitment, payroll, planning or a team leading position is required but full training will be provided. Shift: Any 5 days out of 7 // 22:00 - 06:00 ( Flexibility is a must) Salary: £33,541 Contract type: Permanent Location: LU5 4RZ Role of a Junior Team Leader: Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPIs Promote and lead a high level of Health and Safety expectations across the workforce Communicate key information on business updates and changes Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client Deliver against client's requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours As a Junior Team Leader, you will need to have: A good standard of verbal and written English Good communication and organisational skills Previous experience of working as a team leader, consultant, coordinator or recruiter is required People management skills Flexible approach to shifts and working hours Ability of working independently and as a part of a team Sense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
