Job Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for the optimization of sorting operating systems and processes, including formulating and promoting the implementation of standards, procedures, and mechanisms, as well as conducting spot checks and providing feedback on field execution.
* Undertake capacity building for various types of sorting (e.g., small, medium, and NC items), participate in resource investment planning, and confirm procurement quantities.
* Drive the implementation and resolution of issues related to standards and processes.
* Lead the introduction, piloting, and standardized promotion of new technologies such as containerized transportation, unmanned forklifts, and new tools/models.
* Participate in or be responsible for the construction of sorting systems.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in this role or a similar field.
* Knowledge of lean management/process optimization and strong data analysis skills.

职位要求:
* 本科及以上学历。
* 具备5年及以上相关行业经验,3年及以上本岗位或类似领域经验。
* 具备精益管理/流程优化知识及较强的数据分析能力。
