Responsibilities
The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store. By leading your team and setting a positive example, you'll maximize sales opportunities and ensure the team provides excellent customer service and shopping experiences.
Duties include:
* Management: Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegation, customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
* Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing. Full training will be provided to develop your expertise in brows.
* Teamwork: Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
* Promotion and Events: Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to build business.
* Stock Management: Ensuring the counter is always stocked and reporting concerns promptly.
* Communication: Maintaining open communication with store and area managers.
* Administration: Completing necessary administrative tasks regularly and assisting with area manager duties when needed.
* Staff Rotas: Preparing fair staff schedules monthly.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
Counter Managers may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts.
