Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Building trust to secure long-term client partnerships with Accountancy firms across the UK
* Acting as the main point of contact for top-tier clients and senior-level stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities to expand client accounts, upselling services and driving revenue
* Coordinating with internal teams and managing client expectations
* Ensure service levels and compliance standards are in line with both company and industry guidelines and regulations
Essential Skills and Experience
* You are a motivated self-starter with relevant experience in finance sectors eg: Asset Finance and Commercial Loans
* Proven, evidencable success in managing high-value client accounts, ideally with your own established clients/contacts
* Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
* Strong negotiation skills - proven experience in closing deals and achieving targets
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Monday to Friday, office-based with the possibility of some flexibility for hybrid working for the right person
