We are seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Team. As the key point of contact with awarding bodies, you will oversee the quality assurance and administration of vocational diploma standards verification visits. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the timely completion of verification action plans, supporting curriculum teams, and maintaining essential records.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of our internal Curriculum Area Review process. This includes scheduling lesson observations, arranging and taking minutes at staff and student meetings, and maintaining accurate records of review activities. You will also assist in the organisation of cross-college CPD events and support the maintenance of the College’s Quality calendar.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the continual improvement of teaching and learning at The Henley College.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can confidently manage multiple administrative processes while maintaining a strong focus on detail. The ideal candidate will have:
* Level 3 (or higher) professional or academic qualification
* Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Great interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate across departments
* Experience working within an educational setting (minimum two years desirable)
* Knowledge of vocational diploma assessment processes
